Getting Started
- Your server is setup, if you chose to set up a domain
name it is being processed and you are excited to get moving. Once your order
has been placed with us we will email or fax to you everything you'll need to get started
in the right direction. But for now here is some information to get you started. Here we
go. First, check the plan you have chosen and make sure it is right for
you. Take a look closely at the features and what your package offers you. Have you
selected any optional features? If you are 100% satisfied you have
selected correctly then you will need to provide us with some
information. Names and passwords for your email accounts, FTP accounts if you have them
available. Autoresponder documents. Whether you want a CGI-Bin directory, Frontpage
support, any MIME type entries out of the ordinary. (ie. .exe for an executable winzip or
a real audio extension). You are allowed a monthly administration time
allotment depending on you package so changes can be made without a seperate
administration cost.

- Customer Service Center
- To submit customer service requests to
PCSHOST, such as adding any of the following features to your Web Site if they are
included in your Web Hosting Package: additional megabytes, SSL, or to
address any other account service issues. Please DO NOT email for billing or
technical support issues. Please mail your message to service@pcshost.com.
- CGI and Java
Library
- PCSHOST gives you free CGIs, JAVA
applets, and other programs PCSHOST can install on your
Server. Programs such as FrontPage Extensions, WWWBoard, Autoreply, JAVA
Chat, Guestlist, and PGP can easily be installed on your webhosted
server if you have a domain name and we installed the CGI-BIN.
